Victor Greco
Architect/Partner
Mr. Victor Greco Managed the Wheeling office of the former SMG Architects (a Baltimore based architectural firm) and subsequently The Mills Group where he retired in June of 2024. He has over 42 years of experience in historical preservation, architectural design and planning. Victor’s approach to design was holistic, detail-oriented and pragmatic, working hands-on with clients to ensure their needs were served efficiently and comprehensively. Victor has been recognized state-wide with numerous awards and news articles on his projects and accomplishments. Most recently the PAWV Dr. Emory Kemp Lifetime Achievement in Historic Preservation Award. He was a member the Rotary Club of wheeling, WV, served and was chairman of the Easter Seals Board and Salvation Army Board. He currently is on the Veteran Nurses Association Board and WV Foundation for Architecture Board of Trustees and is Vice Chair. Victor was former chair of the West Virginia Archives and History Commission and a Member of the Wheeling Historic Landmarks Commission.
Victor is Married to Patricia Greco now in their 40th year of marriage. He has two adult children, Dr. Victor Greco and Dr. Alexandra Kinney and are the proud grandparents of Victor and Henry Greco and Mario Kinney.
Dennis Madama
Architect/Partner
Mr. Madama is a licensed Registered Architect; President and Owner of the Architectural Firm of Shaeffer and Madama, Inc. of Wheeling, WV.
He is certified to practice Architecture in West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland as a member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB, the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
Mr. Madama has extensive experience in the design and construction administration of commercial, educational and residential projects, spanning 45 years.

Gene Scherrer
Electrical Engineer/Partner
Gene Scherrer is an electrical engineer and the owner of Scherrer Engineering & Construction, a general contracting firm located in Wheeling, WV. He was previously employed for 24 years by American Electric Power (AEP). While at AEP he held many managerial and engineering positions, gaining extensive background in the electric utility sector.
Gene also received training in solar energy at the former Solar Power Industries facility in Belle Vernon, PA. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from WV Institute of Technology and a MBA from Ohio University.
Gene is also a registered professional engineer in WV, OH, PA and MD, and has had two solar arrays on his residence since 2010, which generate about 95% of the structures electrical requirements on an annual basis.
